Service went well and the Service personnel was very accomodating to my schedule. The only issue I have is I did have the car detailed. I have to say they did not dust off or clean the dash as you could see the dust and the fingerprints on my navitgaion screen. They also did not clean the inside windows something I would expect when getting a full detail.

My experience at Jack Safro's Infinit is always amazing, everyone goes above and beyond to make sure that all my needs are met, questions answered and my time is important. Everyone is very nice and I must say that Brian is truly the best Service manager I have ever had to deal with over the years. He will go above the call of duty to meet and exceed my exspectations. It is because of Brian........................well honestly why I continue and will continue to come to Jack Safro's. Keep up the great work! Doug Freeman

The vehicle was promptly placed on the schedule and repaired within the time promised. The tech reviewed the work order before the vehicle was serviced and again reviewed the work order after the vehicle was serviced. The dealership has always excelled in servicing the vehicle. The sales department has made a genuine effort over the past five years to maintain a good relationship between me and my experience with Safro. Chris Johnson has also kept me abreast of changes between my model and the current models. One note of concern today, while the car was clean the windows clearly lacked attention and that was disappointing given the fact the repair bill was north of $800.00. Matt Radish

I must say I was very impressed with the staff at Safro. I felt the caring for myself and my car soon as I entered the premises I was greeted with a smile and a handshake that is a lost art in this world we live in now. When I was told how long my wait would be I was given a rental and the promise that when it was done I would get a call. Well the call came in record time and I was told to take my time in picking it up. My MOM and DAD brought a car from them 2 years ago on my past experience with this dealership. And they are very pleased so I would tell anyone if you want not good service but GREAT service go to SAFRO NORTH SHORE to see it in action.
