Engines:
The Infiniti M is designed to provide exhilarating power with every drop of fuel used.  Exclusive VVEL technology continually tunes valve lift and timing to give quicker engine response and a broader torque curve with enhanced economy.  Choose from the 3.7-liter V6 or 5.6-liter V8 with Direct Injection Gasoline (DIG) and feel the surge of up to 420 crafted horsepower.

Crafted Feel:
The Infiniti M delivers an invigorating experience that ignites the senses.  Acceleration Swell transforms the delivery of power into the smooth continual rush of peaking wave.  Zero-Lift Aerodynamics help keep the M grounded, amplifying handling and driver control, while the FM Platform reduces body roll and increases stability, helping you move fluently through curves.

Sport Package:
Available performance enhancements heighten the experience of driving.  4Wheel Active Steer and sport-tuned suspension provide agile response and handling.  Split 5-spoke, 20-inch alloy wheels maximize feedback while robust sport brakes improve stopping power.  Aggressive front fascia and grille visually express performance and racing inspired, deep-bolstered seats cradle the driver.

4-Wheel Active Steer:
By actively turning all four wheels as you steer, 4-Wheel Active Steer elevates handling and the very experience of each corner.  The system adjusts steering angle and ratio to vehicle speed, creating a more responsive and fluid sense of control.  With natural low-speed feel, responsive mid-speed turn-in, and precise high-speed stability, 4-Wheel Active Steer makes cornering gracefully easy.

Intelligent All-Wheel Drive (AWD):
Infiniti's Intelligent All-Wheel Drive (AWD) provides power where and when you need it, instantly adapting to changing conditions.  By constantly monitoring wheelspin, throttle position and vehicle speed, this system automatically diverts up to 50% of the available power to the front wheels, enhancing traction and control in adverse conditions.  When all-wheel drive is not needed, the system sends 100% of the power to the rear wheels for more responsive road performance.

Magnetic Exterior:
The Infiniti M captivates with a graceful form inspired by nature.  The sweeping contours of its body look as if carved by the wind.  Flowing like a rising wave, the hood and fenders hint at raw power beneath.  Infiniti designers carefully sculpted each surface to shimmer in the light or to capture shadow, giving the M a rare and magnetic presence.

Exquisite Aesthetics:
Available White Ash silver-powdered wood trim infuses the interior of the Infiniti M with modern approach to timeless Japanese artistry.  Console, dash, and arm pieces are then hand-sanded hand-polished, and hand-buffed to create a rare, glistening luster.  This is the human touch of elegance.

Forest Air:
Infiniti has recreated the calming sensation of a natural breeze inside the Infiniti M with the available Forest Air system.  Advanced Auto Circulation helps neutralize odors first by closing outside vents when unpleasant scents are detected, and then by cleansing and purifying interior air to remove airborne allergens.  The purified air is circulated with the gentle ebb and flow of a breeze, rejuvenating and soothing the senses.

Meticulous Hospitality:
Your vehicle is a welcome sanctuary.  As you approach the vehicle, it sense your Intelligent Key (I-Key) and responds with the radiant glow of sequenced exterior and interior lights.  Each emits a soft, inviting glow, welcoming you back to the warm, secure cabin.  To make your entrance as hospitable as possible, the enhanced I-Key will also remember driver's seat, steering wheel, and side-view mirror memory positions, and the last used audio, climate control, and navigation system settings (if so equipped).



Safety



Safety Shield:
The Infiniti Safety Shield concept is our comprehensive approach to safety.  The all-new Infiniti M offers layered technologies to help provide safety and convenience by monitoring conditions, helping you avoid a collision, and helping protect you and your passengers when one occurs.

Blind Spot Intervention System:
At Infiniti, innovation remains tradition.  Our optional, world's first Blind Spot Intervention System helps alert you to vehicles in the blind spot area, then actively assists you back toward the center of your travel lane if you begin to move over.

Intelligent Brake Assist:
Using the system's laser range finder, Forward Collision Warning (FCW) helps alert the driver of a potential collision by providing a visual and audible warning.  If the driver doesn't respond, and a collision cannot be avoided, Intelligent Brake Assist (IBA) automatically engages the brakes to help reduce collision speed and impact, helping to mitigate the consequences of the accident.

Lane Departure Prevention:
Lane Departure Prevention (LDP) helps keep your vehicle from unintentionally drifting from your lane.  The available system utilizes a camera to monitor the distance between the vehicle and lane markings.  If the vehicle drifts unintentionally towards the lane markers, the system first sounds an audible warning, then lightly applies selected brakes to help you ease your vehicle back into its lane.



Technology



Distance Control Technology:
Infiniti has transformed the way you interact with traffic with distance control technologies that help you move with the flow.  When activated, Intelligent Cruise Control (Full Speed Range) provides the benefits of cruise control with the options of adding speed and distance intervals.  In slowing traffic, Intelligent Cruise Control (Full Speed Range) provides the added advantage of slowing your vehicle as traffic slows, helping you maintain distance--then, as traffic flow picks up, accelerates to your pre-set speed and distance.  Industry - first Distance Control Assist intuitively helps the driver release the throttle and applies the brakes as needed in the slowing traffic.

Hard Drive Navigation System:
The next-generation touch-screen Infiniti Hard Drive Navigation System features Infiniti Voice Recognition and XM NavTraffic which includes Real-Time Traffic information.  The high-resolution screen supports Birdview perspective control and enhanced 3-D building graphics.  Together, these features enhance your journey and help you navigate while Lane Guidance indicates the correct lane to be in when approaching an interchange or exit.  You can also access Real-Time Weather updates and 3-day forecasts using XM NavWeather and browse the Zagat Survey Restaurant Guide with ratings and reviews.

                    

Active Noise Control:
Active Noise Control ensures that the cab of the Infiniti M offers better solace from the outside world.  Intelligent technology uses a microphone in the ceiling to identify undesirable low-frequency engine sounds and neutralizes them with sound waves of the opposite phase.  The result is a quieter and more peaceful driving experience, which still preserves the more invigorating sounds of engine performance.

Bose Studio Surround Sound System:
Envelop yourself in the clear and precise sound of the available 16-speaker Bose Studio Surround sound system.  Catering to personal music preferences, the stereo accepts iPhone, iPod, compatible USB memory sticks, and is compatible with Bluetooth enabled devices.  Media in the most popular formats is also supported in true 5.1 digital surround sound.  Bose Centerpoint signal processing compensates for digital compression and enriches the sound of CDs, MP3 CDs, DVD-Audio discs, and satellite radio.
